Jesse is a 1985 graduate of Thomson High School. Jesse was a part of the 1984 AAA State

Championship football team. Jesse was voted 1st team all-state. Jesse attended Taft College in Taft, California upon graduation to continue his education and football experience. He signed with Clemson University after attending Taft. He received his BS in Human Resource Development and he was commissioned as a 2nd Lieutenant. Jesse was an all ACC outside linebacker and the most valuable defensive player in the 1989 Citrus Bowl against Oklahoma.

Jesse joined the Georgia Army National Guard during his junior year in high school and attended army basic training during the summer between his junior and senior year of high school. While in the National Guard, Jesse held several leadership positions to include the Executive Officer for 1/214th Field Artillery Battalion and the 78th Troop Command Inspector General. He retired as a Major in 2008 with 24 years experience.

After graduating from Clemson, Jesse held manufacturing management positions at Allegheny Teledyne (ATI) and Carpenter Technology. ATI and Carpenter Technology are producers of high performing alloys like nickel and titanium which are used in the aerospace industry and for medical implants. Jesse was responsible for performance improvement and leading high performance work teams.

Jesse Hatcher is currently a Partner at Deloitte Consulting in the Atlanta office. Deloitte is the largest Professional Services Firm in the world with over 400,000 members globally and over 150,000 employees in the United States. Jesse has 26 years of business process transformation and systems experience in High Tech, Consumer, and Industrial Products industries. Jesse has led numerous large transformation engagements related achieving strategic objectives, improving service delivery, and back office improvement.

Jesse is currently a leader at Deloitte’s Oracle Enterprise Performance Offering Portfolio.
